Privacy & POPIA Notice
Noko Mabulelo Investments Holdings (Pty) Ltd — and each Strategic Business Unit and pillar operating on this website — is committed to protecting personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 ("POPIA").
Noko Mabulelo Accounting & Business Consulting (NMABC) sells POPIA compliance assessments, Information Officer registration, policy drafting and monitoring retainers to its own clients as a professional service (see the Audit, Assurance & Data Protection Compliance division on the NMABC storefront).
Noko Mabulelo Investments Holdings (Pty) Ltd itself collects and processes personal information — through this website's enquiry forms, checkout flows, and booking requests — and must comply with POPIA in that handling, independently of any service it sells.

Cookies and analytics
This website uses cookies and similar technologies. Essential ones keep your cart and checkout working. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, though some features may be limited.
